We serve all 50 states and are based in Sacramento, CA. We don’t outsource our work overseas. All our employees are psychically located in US
Do I have any obligation or is there a contract?
No, you don’t have any obligation an there is no contract. It is month-to-month service and you can cancel it any time.
How long it takes to set up QB account and catch up?
It all depends on current condition of your books.

Do you charge by packages available on Price section or I can order one time service/limited services?
We are very flexible about price policy and we can modify/add/eliminate some services available on Price section. You can also order one time service based on your needs or limit them. Contact us for more information and details.
Can you come to our office and do work in-house?
It all depends where you are located. We are Sacramento, CA based company and provide in-house services in Sacramento and Bay Area only. For all other locations and states we provide remote services only.
How do you get information from the bank?
You grant us View Only access where we can only see transactions but can’t transfer/deposit any funds. Most banks have this option and can provide guidance on how to set up View Only access.
Can I see what you do in QB?
Sure, we use Online QB version and you will have 24/7 access where you can see all the work, transactions, report, et.. We will guide you on how to get needed information.
When I get my reports? What are due dates?
We will provide all the reports by 15th of the following month or if your package includes weekly reports than by Wednesday of the following week. For example for September ending month you will get report by October 15th.
How do you work?
We are cloud based company, meaning you submit all the documents online in different most convenient ways such as scanning receipts, emails, google docs, Hubdoc or any other document sharing platforms.
