How it Works

No matter how complicated your business is, we are trying to keep it as simple as possible by giving clear instruction and making sure you enjoy the process. Since every company is different we will use individual approach to each business

1.Getting on Board

When you setting up Kistol Accounting Services, our team will do initial “Simple Audit” of your company to see which areas are covered which are not, what are the week spots and where they need to be improved. We will develop a plan to make sure your accounting system works efficient. By assigning dedicated accountant you will be able to ask questions and get better idea how your company is performing.

2.Data Sharing

Since accounting system is working with data you will need to share information in order us to work.

We are using latest technologies to data sharing and will choose the best one that fits to your preferences. The data that we need are the following but not limited to:

  • Payments
  • Bills
  • Bank Statements
  • Receipts
  • Credit Card Statements
  • Invoices

And any other additional documents that need to be entered in Accounting Software.

3.Working with Data

All the above information needs to be uploaded, sorted, and recorded. So, in this step we will make sure that each transaction is categorized properly, bank statements and credit card statements are reconciled, all accounts receivables are timely paid and there are no past due bills.

4.Financial Statements

At the end of each period we will be providing detailed financial statements. All reports will be accompanied with the comments, explanation of each transaction if needed. You will be more than welcome to ask question and at this point we will be working on developing better strategies for your company.

5.What next?

Bookkeeping is just a small piece of accounting puzzle and after period end you will get consultation regarding tax planning, developing new strategies, advices regardingincreasing sales and lowering expenses, etc.. We will be discussing concerns, opportunities, weak/strong spots of your business and any other questions in order to become your company more successful.

Where are you based? Do you outsource your work overseas?

We serve all 50 states and are based in Charlotte, NC. We don’t outsource our work overseas. All our employees are psychically located in US

Do you charge by packages available on Price section or I can order one time service/limited services?

We are very flexible about price policy and we can modify/add/eliminate some services available on Price section. You can also order one time service based on your needs or limit them. Contact us for more information and details.

How long it takes to set up QB account and catch up?

It all depends on current condition of your books.

Can you come to our office and do work in-house?

It all depends where you are located. We are Sacramento, CA based company and provide in-house services in Sacramento and Bay Area only. For all other locations and states we provide remote services only.
